Piero graduated at the Academy of dramatic art A. Fersen in Rome, Italy afer having obtained a degree in Pharmacy He then attended courses at the Lee Strasberg all'Actor's Studio in New York with Susan Batson, who becomes his favourite teacher.

In the cinema he has worked with Roberto Faenza, Wim Wenders, Pupi Avati, Marco Ferreri, Elie Choraquì. In television with Bruno Corbucci, Renato De Maria, Stefano Alleva, Luca Manfredi, Andrea Barzini, Nicolò Buongiorno, Graziano Diana amoungst others. For Swiss tv he worked with Vittorio Barino in the series "Ristorante S. Sisto". He has filmed alongside Nino Manfredi, Joe Pesci, Anthony Quinn and Terence Hill.

In the theatre, his experience spans from the Living Theatre, Annie Girardot, Luca Ronconi, Piera Degli Esposti to Vincent Schiavelli.

He promotes with Kairos Associazione Culturale projects of cultural, theatrical and audiovisual interest and has been a member of the Actor's Center in Rome since 2001.
